Birthday Wishes for You/ Merry Christmas

I have been playing with some of Melanie Muenchinger's frame stamp sets available through Gina K. Designs.

This really is a quick and easy way to make a pretty card.  I love this frame!

This is a fun take on a front door and wreath.  These will be very easy to mail, although, I did pop up the bow.

Bountiful Blessings

Fall is my very favorite time of the year, and happily, I live in an area that gets to experience the changing of the seasons.  I love color and fall bursts forth with glorious color.

I bought the PTI Color Pop Autumn set when it first came out, and I think I have only made one card with it.  So, I pulled it out and started to play.  The leaves, berries and all of the little elements are so much fun.  Do you see the little acorn?

Santa Suit

This is a fun and easy die set.  I loved it the minute I saw it, but hesitated buying because of the price. However, when they put it on the retired list and reduced the price 50% I jumped all over it.

The set is from My Favorite Things and is called Santa Suit.  The holly leaves and berries are from the set Gift Tag Greetings.

Merry Christmas Poinsettia

I am a Poinsettia nut, I admit it.  They are my favorite winter flower and a must for every Christmas. My sweet husband buys me one every year.  This Poinsettia is from Gina K. Designs.  Isn't it beautiful!

This gorgeous stamp is a multi stamp process.  There is a solid layer, two accent layers and the outline.  I used all four of them here.  I love the shading effect.  For the background, I used a Gingham Stencil from Simon Says Stamps and some Deco Foil Transfer Gel.  The gold foil is from Heidi Swapp.  I added some yellow Stickles for the flower center.

Hello Fall!

I have had this sweet little Harvest Mouse set for quite awhile and thought it was time it received some love.

The little mouse playing in the leaves reminds me of my grandchildren.  We have two really big trees in our backyard and an over abundance of leaves in the fall.  They love to come over and rake them in a big pile and jump in......such fun!

Deepest Sympathy

I like to keep a supply of Sympathy cards in stock just in case they are needed.  Today I am adding to my stock.  Here's what I came up with.

I LOVE the PTI Beautiful Berries series.  The one I am using today is the Autumn set. Isn't this Bittersweet Vine beautiful! The patterned paper is from PTI and is called Autumn Abundance. I love the colors.  I added a little strip of embossed leaves at the bottom.  The embossing folder is from Darice and is called Foliage.  The stitched oval die is from PTI's Noted Scalloped A2 die set. I, also, used a couple of MFT products. The scalloped edge is from a set called Stitched Scallop Basic Edge and the sentiment is from a set called Deepest Sympathy.

Thanks so much for coming by to look.  Your kind comments are always appreciated.

Z-fold card - Halloween

I previously posted a z-fold card that was for my granddaughter and great-niece.  This one I made 5 of for four grandsons and my great-nephew.

I used a cute little ghost, a spooky tree, little bat, cat and changed out the sunflowers for some Indian Corn.
